Hi, I was wondering if anyone has had any problems with taking B5 and this causing an iron deficiency? I've been taking B5 anywhere from 3-5 grams a day (I can't take any more than that...causes stomach upset) and I just had my bloodwork done and I have a very low iron count. My count is 14 and the normal range is 41-100. Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks.
