They shot my favourite radio station - The Arrow. I'm now stuck listening to Planet Rock, which is okay, but it's classic rock, which basically means nothing newer than about the mid-70s. So, no REM, no Pretenders, no Elvis Costello, no Undertones, no Oasis, no Stranglers, no XTC, no Arcade Fire, no Coldplay, no Killers, no Tears for Fears, no Simple Minds, no Nickelback, no Razorlight, probably no Dire Straits, no Kaisers, no Arctic Monkeys, no Franz Ferdinand, no Zutons - you get the idea... Sarah is a very unhappy bunny at the moment - what with that and her MHT telling her on Monday There is nothing that the MHT or PCT can do do help you with your needs and issues. I'm not surprised. I had you pegged as borderline personality a long time ago. Too bad, there's no drug therapy for it. People like you do suffer mental distress because of the resulting social isolation. So good luck. I hope you find something to ease your way. I think you've changed for the better in your social interactions in the last while. You haven't called anyone a fuckwit for at least a week.

Sarah I don't have depression in the way that a lot of people do here at least   not with the same kind of consistency and length.Though from time to time i get  bouts of that kind of thing but for the most part it's about lability and reactivity. If anything mine outside the reactive element is predominantly though not exclusively 'atypical'. Have never been on an AD by itself since i was 18 ie only in in combo with antipsychotic or mood stabiliser. I am not 'officially' borderline being dxed as PD NOS the NOS being qualified  comments such as 'with emotional and explosive traits' 'consisting of sensitive and explosive traits'  'mainly consisting of sensitive,compulsive,emotional,unstable,and impulsive behaviour'. According to my pdoc  i am 'stable in my instability' a phrase often used in connection with borderlines. It sucks  that they say they say they can not help you with your needs and issues(then they character  assassinate you  because you are doing your best to help yourself but it's a bit like trying to teach your self to read and getting told off for stumbling over the words from time to time. It can be very dispiriting ) Despite being told by the last untrained 'therapist' i had that i needed intensive therapy i have not had a sniff of a therapist since the last time i saw her which was last July/August(when her work load was reduced). I can at least say well maybe it makes more sense for them to concentrate on the younger ones who have the time to get more benefit from it and have been less blighted potential wise. However it seems ridiculously unfair and dismissive that they have chosen to write off  someone as young and intelligent  as yourself.
