what is the best protein powder.. best bang for buck. all the ones i've seen are low servings per container (nothing 20) and they cost like $36!! i need to eat this everyday .. so it only lasts 20 days. i can't afford to spend $50/month on protein.. i will go broke soon. if someone points me to a brans and place to buy i would grateful.

Poweder ? Surely you mean either powder or powerder? The commercial stuff, as you will read on the label, is usually made out of milk/casein protein, sometimes out of soy. At my local John Vince bulk store skim milk powder is CDN$4.54 a pound, while dried whey powder is $1.00 a pound. Since they are essentially the same thing, I assume the price difference is just government price-support and quota bungling. In American money you're looking at maybe $0.80 a pound
